How do I contact you?

Do I need to create an account to shop at Back East Boutique?
Nope!

Can I send my Wishlist to family and friends who do not have an account?
Absolutely!  You do not need an account to view other users Wishlist.

How long does it take to fulfill my order?
We move as fast as possible (average 24-hours)!  Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled.  Don't forget, we are home on the weekends enjoying time with family and friends!  Our offices are open from 9am-5pm M-F.  After fulfillment, it takes approximately 2-3 days to ship from store to customer.

Do you have any store locations?
Yes, we are located in Ocean City Maryland.  Click here for google map directions.

I bought something from your popup shop, can I exchange?
All sales are final.

A product is out of stock, will you be buying more?
If you sign up for our "out of stock email" - I will purchase more depending on 
demand.

How will I know when an item has been restocked?
If you signed up for our "out of stock email" - you will receive an email immediately!

Purchases

How secure is your checkout process?
We use SSL certificates on our storefront with 256-bit encryption.

I want to my purchase as a gift, can you make sure not to include the invoice?
Yes, simply fill out the note while checking out!  I'll even hand write something special for the occasion.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal. 

How do I use my Back East Promo Code?
Simple!  Upon checkout type in your code above total.

How do I cancel my order?
Oh no! Write to us as soon as possible at office@shopbackeast.com.  Once your item has shipped, we can no longer cancel or refund an order.  

Do you offer Back East discounts?
Yes.  We occasionally offer discounts (especially to our VIP newsletter subscribers). However, you can earn discounts immediately by signing up to our Back East Rewards program!  Simply click on the lower left tab of the website marked "Back East Rewards". 

I bought an item in-store, how long do I have to return the item?
You have 14 days to exchange, receive in-store credit or a full refund.

Shipping

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to Australia, Canada, France and New Zealand.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, spend over $49.00 and your purchase ships free domestically!

Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes, to pickup your item in-store use code LOCALSONLY .  Make sure you leave us a note in the checkout.  

Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?
Absolutely!  Be on the lookout for a confirmation shipment email.

How long after I place an order will it be shipped?
Shipments range from 1-3 business days (although 95% of our orders ship within 24 hours).  If you would like a delivery confirmation email (when it arrives) - please let us know!

Returns

Do you offer free returns?
You must be within the 7 days - please review our return policy page.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale or during a Popup Event?
All sale items are final and cannot be returned.  Please view our return policy page for a full list of exclusions.

Gift Cards

Do gift cards expire?
No - they live on forever!  Sort of like McDonalds Happy Meals.

How will I receive my gift card?
All gift cards are sent via email to the person who made the purchase.
