We are an online boutique only. We are a small business that's only two years old, located near Washington D.C. in Falls Church, VA. We do pop up shots in the local area We promote the pop up events on our Facebook.

Do I need to create an account to shop at Back East Boutique?
Can I send my Wishlist to family and friends who do not have an account?
Absolutely! You do not need an account to view other users Wishlist.
How long does it take to fulfill my order?
We move as fast as possible (average 24-hours)! Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Don't forget, we are home on the weekends enjoying time with family and friends! After fulfillment, it takes approximately 2-3 days to ship from store to customer.

Do you have any store locations?
No, but we plan on sharing our 2018 popup shop schedule in April 2018
I bought something from your popup shop, can I exchange?
All sales are final.

If you sign up for our "out of stock email" - We will purchase more depending on demand.
How will I know when an item has been restocked?
If you signed up for our "out of stock email" - you will receive an email immediately!

My purchase is a gift, can you make sure not to include the invoice?
Yes, simply fill out the note while checking out! We will even hand write something special for the occasion.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal.
How do I use my Back East Promo Code?
Simple! Upon checkout type in your code above total.
How do I cancel my order?
Oh no! Write to us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Once your item has shipped, we can no longer cancel or refund an order.
Do you offer Back East discounts?
Yes. We promote all offer discounts online and through our social media channels.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to Australia, Canada, France and New Zealand.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, spend over $49.00 and your purchase ships free domestically!
Will I receive a tracking number for my shipment?
Absolutely! Be on the lookout for a confirmation shipment email.
How long after I place an order will it be shipped?
Shipments range from 1-3 business days (although 95% of our orders ship within 24 hours). If you would like a delivery confirmation email (when it arrives) - please let us know!
Do you offer free returns?
You must be within the 7 days - please review our return policy page.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not process online exchanges at this time.
Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale or during a Popup Event?
All sale items are final and cannot be returned. Please view our return policy page for a full list of exclusions.

Do gift cards expire?
No - they live on forever! Sort of like McDonalds Happy Meals.
How will I receive my gift card?
All gift cards are sent via email to the person who made the purchase.

Free & Easy Returns
When your package is delivered, you have 7 days to return your order free of charge. Contact us for a free shipping label! If you mail your package out after the 7th day using our label, $7.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Returns After 7 Days
You can return an item up to 14 days from receipt. Shipping will be at your own cost. We cannot accept returns after 14 days of the delivery date on your package.
Fill out the Return Policy Form that was delivered with your package and include it with your return.
Holiday Exchanges Only
Purchases made between November 23, 2018 through December 25, 2018 can be exchanged through January 5, 2019.
We do not process online exchanges at this time.
You Should Know...
• At this time we do not process online exchanges (except for holiday exchanges, see above)
• Original shipping is not refundable
• Damaged items must be reported within 3 days upon receiving
• Returns must be received unworn, unwashed and in new condition with tags
• Items of 20% off or more are considered FINAL SALE
Several items are exempt from being returned including:
• Gift Cards
• Final Sale Items (anything over 20% off)
• Pop-up Shop Items
• Clearance Items
• Items Returned after 14 days
When we have received your return, we will send you an email to notify you that it is in the return process. This process takes between 2-5 business days. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been processed. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
There are no partial refunds.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or Undeliverable packages are subject to a $7 return shipping fee. If you would like to request a reship of your package the new shipping cost will be determined based on the method you choose.
